Yo,blogger of Toy Soldiers here. Call me DEE, and I like raving bunnies. Waiting for enrollment in Laksmana College so right now Im like- what - a HERMIT in the house or whatever along the line. I enjoy having snacks, chocolates and PS2 beside me so yeah, its unhealthy. But if you buy me CHEESECAKES, youre a saint with ~~epic Sephiroth wings~~. Current hobbies mostly involve my laptop. Which means youll probably find me hogging up facebook, youtube, blogspot, deviantart, fanfiction, aarinfantasy, onemanga and yeah Im that slob to list more. Im getting a hang of ROLEPLAYING these days, and youll like totally win a free cookie if you can guess which anime Im obsessed in rp-ing. Is pursuing cosplay.

Im.....not that good in describing my personality. Lets just say I dont like to sulk a lot,and I have a lot to learn in life. ~~I dont think I act my age at all~~ Bummer.

FINALLY! The internet is back again...temporarily. Mom said that she's gonna fix the modem tomorrow which leaves me nothing but jobless at home and PS2 games to finish. And And! A resume to make for my application to this cafe restaurant. Um...Matadore...Matadoe - I dunno.

Odd. I wasnt lost when finding the venue, hell I was nervous and scared that I might end up in a wrong building. Thank god I saved the venue schedule in my mobile, and yeah, the venue was on the 6th floor.

I think I went early to the venue. So I killed my time taking photos of whats there.

A performer was there too. I really enjoy sing along, whats more with new friends I have met.

There are still some cosplayers that I missed. Honestly, it still amazes me to how there were a lot of people attended as cosplayers.

Little did I know that time, all the cosplayers were assigned to do a skit for the audience. Broken into a team of five, each group are given 4 words and come up with a skit based on the words.

Well....unfortunately,our group didnt win. But we had fun being a bunch of idiots on stage- and I reaaaaly enjoy smacking the bunny right to Hisagi's face.

Seriously. How the hell I came out screaming 'YURUSANAI!' out loud - i dunno.

So anyway.

Even a crossplayer was there, who I realized it was a DA artist I just talked to earlier.

When I ask who is the girl, she answered something about 'hentai' (with her um..partner who is that black demon figure) - and I flinched...a bit.

She was a very interesting girl indeed, her seductive tone left me trembling. Why, she even made a move on me - volunteering to 'take off my ears'. WuT. XD

In conclusion, the event was a blast. I apologize for being OOC most of the time, but I guess thats how much fun that I had. Despite the constant backstabbing insults when we went downstairs for lunch. Mehh.

Before our meet came to an end, Takezo discussed with all of us about the upcoming DeviantArt Meet on June next year. And he suggested for this theme - a theme which has something to do with ancient historical things. So no school uniforms and stuffs.

So Jeslyn is settled to being Himura Kenshin from Samurai X. And I will be the sweetheart, Kaoru Kamiya. XD

I hope I can pull her off. The kimono will be a very tricky part,though.

OH SHEET. I did something stupid. So stupid that I shall remember this everytime I would go to the toilet. Worthy of my own hall of shame,le gasp.

I FLOODED THE KITCHEN. (I shouldve took a picture of it,darn it.)

How did this happen- firstly, I decided to fill a huge bottle (the one you used when you can obtain either hot or cold water by just a press of a blue/red handle) with the Rx-Water machine. Little did I know that during that time, the water current was so strong that even a lil tiny press of the sink handle can send the hose in a disarray. Which leaves the machine to send the water to the floor rather than to the bottle through the hose.

~~During that time,I was vacuuming my room.~~

So by the time I was finished with my room (which took about almost an hour), I went

when I saw the kitchen. And I have like, what, 55 minutes to clean the whole mess?! Including drying ALL the carpets, dry the walls and the floor and replace the carpets. How glorious this day is....

I would be foolish and guilty if I didnt tell my mom what happened, so I decided to give her a phone call. Besides, I wanted to ask where the hall is the freakin mop anyway.

DEE: ......Ma?
MOM: Ah,apa?
DEE: Mana mop?
MOM: Uhhhh. Mama pun inda tau lai. | DEE: -___-"
DEE: Pasal Dijah tadi biarkan hose buka wahh, iatah banjir dapur ni..
MOM: Eh? Yakah?

Even though my family found out what happened (except my brother though,although he's been oddly staring at the new brightly-red carpet in the kitchen for awhile now), they werent mad of my carelessness. Probably because I spent the whole thing cleaning the kitchen. Now thats a relief.

Last night was fun. I was surprised to see Jee online, because its been eons to see her in MSN. Talking about cosplay planning is already enough to make the stress go away for some reason, making our conversation rather enjoyable. Whats even more enjoyable is the fact that we had a group convo; Me, Jee, Jes (who is dubbed 'vykkad' *LOL*) and our senior, Muien. We had so much fun discussing on just this one topic that we stayed up until almost 2 in the morning. Cosplay seems to bring people together..

Apart from the fun-ness,theres also this part when who should we go for. Naruto, Pokemon, Final Fantasy, etc. Sure, we choose an anime and go for it. But it isnt just that. To 'go for it', one must accept the problems that will be faced soon.

What character am I suited for? Will I be able to pull him/her off? The clothes look nice and all,will I be able to make them in time? How am I supposed to find the wigs? What fabrics should I use? What if people sees this suit as inappropriate,esp in Brunei? (and so on..)

COSPLAY: IT IS SERIUZ BUSINEZ.

DEE IS SPEECHLESS BY THESE SERIES TURN OF EVENTS. and to think it happened during Ramadhan LOL.

I flunked my mock exams,like BADLY. The only passing mark I managed was a D for my David Copperfield, but combining it with my sucky results for King Lear and Top Girls makes it a U or E -- the point is I need to work extra uberhard if I wanted so bad to go to UK. ~~Time is fast, I had to realise this. Thinking of this makes me sad........~~

But anyway,I didnt have the chance to post any updates due to sucky connection and the fact Im vulnerable to rain that it makes me weak. But by persuasion, I forced myself to post at least one update for today. Besides, what can a weak-legged person such as myself would do to kill time at 2 in the morning?

Lately especially in LT 11, theres been a topic about a cosplay event which will be held on December. The population of cosplayers in Brunei are rather slim and the idea of introducing the world of cosplay is risky in a way,nevertheless Im really looking forward to this event. Oh,there's going to be a cosplay skit as well,but Im not really sure if Im that creative enough to perform a skit since Im still new in these kind of things. -_-"

So far Ive narrowed it down to two characters [one from an anime and one from a game] of the opposite sex,making it quite tricky for me to decide. BUT DEFINITELY NO KALLEN STADFELD!

If Im lucky enough,I may be able to make my Zanpakuto as well. IF I decided to do Hinamori-chan. XD

Because I get to hang out with my girlfriends after 2 weeks of no contact. However it seems that we're getting lazier in our academic life for some reason -- and no,its not the end of world. Like for example yesterday, Jee who is always abide by the rules actually ~~SKIPPED~~ her GP class with the help of her classmates persuasion. And believe me, she is not one who is easily influenced by mere words [or actions LOL] And I, instead of studying my ass off like right now, is still glued to her internet-accessed laptop, and is still reading/watching/downloading YAOI [which is arguably the EWWW-est and the ARGHHH-est topic ever mention by man XD]
